HANDLING

1. Setup 4 x 3 on screen using pan release or paper.
2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16 hr max.
3. Spray rolls with water.
4. Cover rack & floor proof until twice frozen size, approx. 2hrs.
5. If desired, allow to dry & score with 1 lengthwise cut.
6. Bake at 380° for 13-16 min. with 10 sec. of steam.
7. Allow to cool before packaging.
