HANDLING

1. Setup 4 x 1 on screen using pan release or paper.
2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16 hr max
3. Seed or top as desired.
4. Proof twice frozen size.
5. If desired, allow to dry & score with 4 diagonal cuts.
6. Bake at 380° for 24-28 min. with 15 sec. of steam.
