We are currently seeking the right candidate to join our dynamic team in the production management staff. As a Warehouse Manager, your expertise in the following areas will contribute to the continued success of our team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing shipments and goods delivered to the warehouse

• Review incoming shipments on the daily log, accept loads from suppliers, and inspect received products to make sure they meet quality standards

• Supervise the proper storage of products, including FIFO enforcement

• Responsible for keeping accurate logs and records in the company’s computer system for shipments that arrive

• Inspect equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly and follow regulatory standards for safety protocols

• Ensure all equipment is in a sanitary condition after performing work prior to release back to the Production Department

Job Requirements

• Five years of warehouse management experience

• Understanding of warehouse management procedures

• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls

• Ability to operate forklift effectively

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Multi-tasking and contributing to various facets of the organization is expected

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word programs is required

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Organized, efficient and great attention to detail

• Taking ownership of the position and its essential functions

• Valid drivers’ license.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
